Liked how incredibly friendly and simple the property was and its super staff at night shift. The breakfast offered a wide range of affordable meals.

i did not like the staff attitude about the breakfast as it says included what they dont tell you is that it is continental not the buffet breakfast witch by the way was a disgrace some scrambled egg and that was it also it is too far from the city centre and for metro links i would not recomend this hotel

Lyon-ouest is a very good hotel right along the saône river. My room was spacious and the bed felt fantastic, allowing me to sleep soundly. The breakfast was excellent, and i especially loved the outdoor terrace where I could enjoy my meal. The staff was friendly and helpful.

it was clean place, staff were superbly friendly, and i thoroughly enjoyed my functional room. the restaurant had lots of outstanding meals for breakfast. the location was lovely and fab and the private parking was close to the hotel. i tried some drinks at wine bar l'epicerie comptoir, located 10 minutes walk away. this was a really great trip, i didn't feel like leaving.

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially given the spacious room that allowed for a comfortable feel. The staff was particularly helpful when it came to navigating local attractions. I really appreciated the great breakfast options each morning, which gave me a pleasant start to my day. Accessing the parking was a bit tricky and could use clearer instructions.

It was new so everything was clean. I like the decor. And it rate it high basically for value for money

I enjoyed my stay here! The gym facilities were surprisingly decent for a quick workout and I absolutely loved the delicious breakfast spread, especially the fresh pastries. Also, the comfort of the bed made it easy to unwind after a long day.

Receptionist barely speaks in English, how could it be? Heater didn't work entire night, and there wasn't a technician.

I appreciated the hotel's beautiful décor, with soft hues that created a serene atmosphere. The accessibility was also commendable.

More detailed local attraction information would be helpful.

Very large room with good solid sofa bed for kids. Good Gym facilities. Nice restaurant with friendly staff.

In a developing part of town which looks a bit run down though I'm sure this will change in time
